Winter 2020 After School Enrichment

Session Information

Session dates & times

  • Monday, January 6, 2020 to Friday, May 22, 2020, unless otherwise noted.
  • 3:30 – 4:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
  • 2:30 – 3:30 & 3:30 – 4:30 Wednesday
  • ASE classes will not run 1/23/20, 4/24/20 & 5/14/20

Registration

  • Regular registration for the Winter session opens Friday, November 1 at 7:00 AM CDT and closes Sunday, November 17 at 8:00 PM CDT. 
  • Late registration runs from Monday, November 18 at 7:00 AM CDT through Saturday, November 30 at 5:00 PM CDT. There will be a $15 fee for any late registrations.
  • Registration will be first come, first served. If the class is full at the time of registration you can chose to be added to the waitlist. Once regular registration has closed we will notify you if space becomes available. Being on a waitlist does not preclude you from signing up for another class.

Tips for a successful registration

  • If you are new to the Kipling family and/or the ASE program, welcome! To help expedite your registration we encourage you to create your Jumbula account before registration opens Friday morning. Here's the link, Jumbula Login/Setup, click on the New Family tab to start.
  • The registration website works best on a desktop/laptop. While you can use a mobile device we recommend using a desktop/laptop as this website is optimized for non-mobile use.
  • Try to have a second choice in mind for classes in case your child's first choice is unavailable.

Winter 2020 Schedule
